Representing the classical style, the main facade is of colossal Doric order (an architectural order reigning on several levels), surmounted by an entablature (a band crowning a façade) and a pediment.
The chapel houses in its choir a magnificent altarpiece made in 1609 and a tabernacle in marquetry. Paintings decorate the vault of the choir and its entrance.
Also worth seeing is the sacristy, a room adjoining a church, furnished with furniture where sacred vessels, priestly ornaments, objects necessary for worship, registers and where the celebrants and clergy put on and take off liturgical vestments and ornaments.
The sacristy is decorated with a remarkable set of carved woodwork, charged with religious monograms and monarchical emblems, and serves as a support for many paintings illustrating the New Testament.
